IPG 1992 Honda Civic VX FWD Turbo Street Car

Here at Innes Performance Group, LLC we don’t just sell and install the part we recommend we put them through their paces week in and week out with our 1992 Honda Civic VX Drag Car. The Civic was built to run in the former NHRA SFWD class and has since been transformed into a Street Car Outlaw FWD Trim. We have had great success over the past 4 seasons with 6 wins and 8 runner-up finishes. Currently the cars best ET and MPH is a 9.61 @ 157.6 mph blast down the quarter mile this past October in Englishtown, NJ.

We also won the first ever East Coast NHRA Sport FWD Points Championship in 2006 !!!!

Our racing helps us learn what works and what doesn’t so on Monday when we get back to the office our recommendations to the customer are tried and true. In addition to working with other manufacturers on their product design and development IPG uses what we learn at the track to develop innovative new products to fill voids in the marketplace to help you continue to build your project into a top notch competitor. These products are generally showcased in our Race Parts section of the website and we are constantly developing new ideas and products to help serve the community better so check back often. Throughout the 2009 race season we will use this page to update the results of the race car, including pictures from event to event as much as possible. If you have any questions regarding our racing program please don’t hesitate to ask. We are an open book when it comes to these cars so enthusiasts and customers can learn what will work best for their particular applications.
